COVID-19 Clinic Protocol:
» Click here for our new intake form, return completed form by email or online at least 12 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.

» Everyone is required to wear a face mask while at the spa clinic. Please bring a mask with you (or you can purchase one at the front desk of the Head to Toes Spa for $2.00)

» Appointments available in New Westminster or through telecommunication;

» When contacting us with your preferred appointment time, we will verify your appointment date and time by text or email. Please confirm receiving your appointment notice.

» Payment is due at time of service.

» Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, e-Transfer, PayPal, cheque, redeeming a gift card, and Square Payment are accepted. (Presently, debit card payments cannot be processed)

»  We direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross, as well as 10+ extended health insurance providers via TELUS Health, including Desjardins, Great West Life, Manulife, and Sun Life Financial, for the portion of the fee that your plan covers. You are responsible for the remainder of the fee. You are encouraged to invoice your extended health plan yourself. You will get 10% off your full session fee if you choose to pay by cash or e-transfer and submit your own invoice for reimbursement from your Extended Health Plan.

» An initial session (45-60 minutes) is required of all new clients, those returning after 12 months, or after recent significant health changes.

» Subsequent sessions are generally for 45 minutes. Longer sessions that can be beneficial in some cases may also be arranged.

» 24 hour cancellation notice is required or full fee will be billed.

» Subsequent sessions are generally one week apart.

» 5 sessions within two months recommended as a treatment program for chronic conditions. Plan ahead!
